		<description>It just goes to show you that not every one is impervious to drug addiction. I have seen the richest to the poorest go through drug issues. Money doesnt always equal happiness. Im glad that the court system recognizes that people can get better with help. While I was not court ordered it gave me the chance to start over clean and clear. I hope more public officials recognize the importance of rehabilitation rather than incarceration.</description>
