NHL player Richard Zednik took an ice skate blade in the neck this weekend during a game. He is doing ok now after emergency surgery to repair his severed carotid artery. One of his teammates accidentally slashed him in a quasi-weird kung fu move. Yuck, ouch and that really sucks for Zednik!
