A gathering of over 80 cosplayers turned up on the Millennium Bridge in London to take part in the world record attempt for “The Largest Gathering of Games Characters.” The record didn’t previously exist so they were certain to break it. You can look for it in the 2009 Guinness World Record Gamers edition book.

Among some of the characters to show up included Yuna and Rikku, Crash Bandicoot, Sonic the Hedgehog, Lara Croft, and a group of school kids dressed as Mario.
