Thanks to all of the modders out there, you never really know what an object is. Take this one. Looks like an old NES cartridge. It is, but it’s also an external hard drive. Until now, hard drives have not looked cool, but now you can have one in any NES cartridge you like.

Etsy seller 8-Bit Memory takes old NES cartridges, stuffs a hard drive inside and just like that you have a cool external drive. It will cost you $120 for 250GB, but he will make any size for you and with any cartridge. For an extra fee. What game would you choose? Contra? Street Fighter?

Apparently, the balance board works perfectly on the Wii…but there is no included software. Just a way to scam some people out of a real Wii Fit purchase. Damn clever knock-off industry. It’s fun to watch, but who are the suckers that buy this?

Damn the Japanese to hell. I’m sick of them getting all the good stuff. And by good stuff I mean the dorkiest nerdiest stuff on the planet that I want and need to fulfill my life. Choco Eggs are made by Furuta, a Japanese company. They’re like cadbury eggs except there’s a small plastic toy inside. There’s a Super Mario version of the Choco Eggs for $2.75 each. You can get 12 different Mario figures.

Again fuck Japan! We need this more then you. Stop buying all this shit and go play the Wii with your whore!

This is what you get when you combine German alcohol mug engineering with Mario. Great way to drink your brew while saving the Princess. By the end of the game, you won’t know whether you completed the game or not, but for some reason you’re humping your beanbag chair.

A Nintendo fan from Russia, with far too much time on his hands, shows his love for Super Mario with this awesome paint job on his car. It’s got 1UP’s, enemies, mushrooms and goomba’s. In fact he has an entire level of Super Mario Bros.

Kid Icarus is one of the coolest games ever made. If you’ve never played it you never had an NES. Pit is an angel who has been trapped in the Underworld. He’s given a magical bow by Palutena, Goddess of Light, to help destroy Medusa, Goddess of Darkness, and restore peace to the world. Pit is awesome.

There are rumors that Kid Icarus is going to be revived.

The artwork we’ve published comes from a pitch document we got our hands on in the early part of 2008. Since then, sources have told us the game’s artwork has advanced considerably. Despite this artwork not being reflective of the game’s current standing, we’ve decided to share it so fans can get a look at what Factor 5 has experimented with.

The last nugget of information we have to share with you is in regards to the game’s plot. At the time of the document’s writing, Factor 5 had imagined a plot starring a grown-up, adult Pit, who is “cursed for thousands of years for a crime and becomes a ‘fallen angel.’” The pitch adds that “a tattoo on Pit’s arm bears the inscription of Pit’s crime.”

I think my dreams have just come true. A cute girl playing games on a huge ass NES controller? Why does this never happen at my house? The NES Coffee Table can actually be used as a controller during game play, and it also provides excellent space for storing away all of your gaming gear.

I was never much of a Duck Hunt fan. That damn dog just laughed at me whenever I missed a shot. But anything Nintendo that is also a lamp is all good in my book. Here’s a qoute from the Nintendo Goddess who made it:

Another day, another Mario cake. This one is just bursting out of the cake and his face is kinda strange looking, like they have plastic surgery in Mario Land now.

Kinda reminds me of that farm girl/stripper I hired to jump out of a cake and celebrate the fact that today is Friday. She was also wearing overalls and is gonna end up with a mushroom in her hand too.
