Sarah Connor Chronicles Returns In August
June 10th, 2008

Summer Glau
Fox announced that they will be re-airing first season episodes of “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” in August:

I’m still hoping it will get better as it suffers from the usual Sci-Fi fate. Great premise, half-assed execution. They need a more creative use of budget and an actual long term story arc.

Beginning August 10th you can catch up on the first season.

Cyborg Skull Is Pretty Cool Skull Decor

Cyborg Skull
Sure, it aint no crystal skull, it’s cooler cuz it’s from a decapitated cyborg. It’s the kind of crap you find when aliens and mad scientists have a yard sale, so you buy it for a few bucks even though you don’t need it. Then you put it on your desk and forget about it, until some asswipe teleports into your room from the year 2134 demanding his shit back and calling you a skullfucker and all kinds of other crap.

At least that’s what happened to me. But I fixed their ass good. I sold the thing to Skynet, or cyberdyne, or whatever the hell it’s called.

My Little Abomination
What the hell? My Little Master Chief? How odd. Maybe boys will be playing with My Little Ponies if this keeps up. Made by AnimeAmy, the Chief won her second place in a Custom Pony contest held in Kentucky. The miniature is made with Apoxie sculpting clay, with hand-sculpted assault rifle and was going for almost $60 when last we looked.

Own Your Very Own Terminator Robot

Own Your Very Own Terminator Robot

If you’ve ever wanted to own one of the coolest robots from Sci-Fi, your chance was this week. Two life-size robot doubles from the movie went on the auction block.

The chrome-plated T-800 endoskeleton from the opening scene of T2 was expected to fetch as much as $100,000. A more fleshed-out model that appeared in the T3 finale was estimated to sell for $60,000 to $80,000.

I haven’t been able to find out what they sold for yet, but I know they are in no danger of showing up under my tree this year. It’s a Wonderful Life, my ass!
