In June Heather Locklear checked herself into rehab, and three months later she has been arrested for Driving Under the Influence. Locklear was arrested on Saturday night and spent the night in lock-up until she was released Sunday morning. Love the mugshot. It’s that crack whore chic look that seems to say she’ll blow ya for a dime bag or a food stamp of the right denomination.

The Indy 4 actor is having a bad year. Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested for DUI after an early morning car accident in Hollywood on Sunday. LaBeouf was driving when his car was involved in a collision around 3 a.m. According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt. Scott Wolf:

“It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that Mr. LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest.”

LaDouche was booked on charges of misdemeanor DUI and then released. He was being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. for injuries to his head, hand and knee.

Keeping up with Khloe Kardashian just got a little harder — the reality princess is heading to the jail and it’s not for being the chubby and fugly sister.

Khloe must surrender to authorities on Friday and serve up to 30 days in jail for violating her probation after a 2007 DUI arrest. She’ll also have to enroll in an alcohol program.

What the hell is she drinking for? It’s the guy that wants to bang her that needs to drink. Well, drink and bring a double ply bag for her face.

It didn’t take long for some scandals to surface for the motorcycle riding rock and roll nurse of American Idol. Amanda Overmyer, 23, has a checkered past. She had been arrested for a DUI and has a string of 6 driving offenses.

On Oct. 14, 2006, she was stopped by Crawfordsville, Ind., police for speeding. According to the officer, she had bloodshot eyes and her balance was poor. Her blood alcohol measured 0.108 (above the legal limit of 0.08). She was only in jail for 6 hours before her fiancé, Casey Taylor, posted bail for her.

But the really interesting part of the story is that Amanda has naked photos and they are apparently being shopped around. I would guess we will see them soon.

The news source asked American Idol’s spokesman about Amanda’s DUI arrest and naked photo scandal. The publicist said that, “FOX has declined to comment.”

From what little I’ve seen of the show, she’s cute in a butch motorcycle-goth type of way and can sing, but seems to try wayyy to hard to be Janis Joplin. Picture of her mugshot after the jump.
