TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello is reporting that the fourth season of “Lost”, originally set for 16 episodes, then cut back to 13 thanks to the writers’ strike, might end up being 14 hours after all.
Episode 4.9, the next new episode, is currently slated to air April 24, in two weeks.
This week’s episode will be the last for a few weeks thanks to the writer’s strike. Looks like it will be all about Michael. Or should I say Kevin Johnson?

Time to take a look at what went down on the latest episode of Lost, and ask some questions even as others are answered.
I wonder how many people were fooled by Suns Flash Forward, while Jin was flashing back. I was pretty sure Jin was going to die since there could only be one more of the Oceanic Six to be revealed.
The timing of Suns flash forward of course is not very long after rescue, because of the baby AND Hurley being happy and not in the loonie bin.

Alot of interesting goings on on the island last night. Turns out the other woman is Juliette herself. It was nice to see Mr. Friendly again as well as Goodwin in Otherville.
Some observations:
When we first saw Harper arrive with the whispers, I figured she would end up being dead, which is still possible. We at least now have more clues to the nature of the whisperers. Is she really in contact with Ben? If so how? Mentally? It could be that Harper was the smoke monster taking care of it’s own agenda.

After last week’s episode, I know you want more. We aim to not disappoint here at the ‘Therapy. We bring you almost 4 whole minutes of Lost footage between to promo videos.
In the first video we join Charlotte and Daniel in the Jungle. Daniel looks uncertain and say’s “I don’t know if I can do it.” Charlotte is her usual supportive self(Like in the card game) and tells him that she knows he can do it. Next thing we know, someone wanders into their area and Charlotte has her gun trained on the intruder immediately. Daniel tells her it’s okay. it’s just Kate. What are you two doing out here? Oh nothin’, Jack wanted to talk to the freighter, but the battery is dead on the SAT phone, blah blah blah.
Kate sees the phone in his pocket…Green light on. What’s in the bag? Oh nothin’. Mind if I see? Uh…sure. Kate opens Dan’s bag and pulls out the gas mask. Then, what’s this? Bam! Charlotte knocks Kate out.
Nice huh? Well, that’s not even the half of it. In the second video,(After the jump) we join Juliette(it is a Juliette episode) standing in the darkness of the jungle in the rain, talking to a woman we HAVE NEVER seen on the island. Jack wanders up with gun. Who the hell are you? I’m a friend of Juliette’s. I just told her where the people are that you are looking for. You and your gun might want to go too. Next thing you know, the woman seems to disappear completely.

One reason I always keep myself spoiler free for Lost is because it never fails to dissapoint. It is a masterpiece of storytelling the likes of which has maybe been seen on television once before with Babylon 5. This week’s episode, The Constant was the Desmond episode we have been waiting for. It rocked!
I always knew that Desmond and Penny were the key to the entire thing. Last night we saw the heart of Lost. My thoughts after the jump.

Here’s a sneak peek at this week’s Lost episode, “The Constant”. A Desmond episode. It’s fairly interesting and creepy. I don’t consider it a spoiler, since it’s readily accessible and it doesn’t give a whole lot away.
The clip begins with Desmond being helped up from the floor of the freighter. Some of the dialogue is hard to make out, but Desmond is obviously baffled in a “It’s not supposed to be happen like this” kind of way. No sign of Sayid or the helicopter pilot. The two freighter guys help him up(one has a tattoo that looks alot like the Dharma logo) and inside. One is from Vegas, the other from Florida. Next Desmond gets locked in the infirmary and meets someone strange… Make of this what you will.
A Kate episode. Not all that stellar, but we do learn alot. As usual it doesn’t disappoint. Next week’s episode should rock even harder, now that we have more characters in place.
Some random thoughts:
Daniel’s card game-This was either a psychic experiment OR a clue that Daniel has memory problems. Likely the latter. It would help to explain why he did not know why he was crying about the crash.

I found this week’s episode to be pretty so-so, which happens now and again as chess pieces are put in place and the game board moves the story into the next phase. BUT it had several revelations. Check out my thoughts after the jump.
