By the looks of those nasty shoes, the teen from Eagle River, Alaska was a shoo-in to win the championship. This kid brings new meaning to the phrase “My Dogs are Barkin’”

These hand-painted Pac-Man shoes turned up recently in a Flickr photostream from someone using the name thekalaka. No one seems to know for sure if they’re for sale or not, but thekalaka.com seems to be a Brasilian boutique that specializes in urban wear. If anyone has any info, let us know.

Even if you can’t buy them, you can admire them. Something about thee feeds the inner geek and makes us happy.

These Kool-Aid Reebok sneakers are purported to be released in 2008. I can’t confirm whether or not these are real. I only hope they come in Mens 12 with a matching hoodie. And in Blue Berry Yum Yum, of course.
