She may be an idiot who only got famous for starving in that Survivor show. She may be brain dead. But that’s no reason to threaten her. Right? The View’s Elisabeth Hasselbeck reportedly receives more death threats that anyone else on The View, according to co-host Whoopi Goldberg.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, the conservative on ABC’s The View, campaigned in Florida over the weekend for Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the Republican vice presidential candidate. Here’s Elisabeth’s introduction of the V.P. nominee. She spoke of the All-American values of the GOP ticket, and had some harsh words for Barack Obama, especially over the Sarah Palin wardrobe criticism…

She needs to stick gto the View and pushing out little Republicans.

The used to be large former loud mouth of “The View” is being accused of turning her back on an organization dedicated to helping plus-size women and teens. The founder of Full & Fabulous, dished all the dirt to TMZ. She said that her group hired Star to speak at an event last year, but after accepting several perks and partial payments, Star Jones never showed up to the function.

They had to hold several fundraisers to pay Star’s appearance fee and expenses. Sheesh. Way to diss the fat, Star.

The Founder claims they paid Star a $10,000 deposit, then another $6,000. They also provided Star and her husband, Al Reynolds, with first-class plane tickets to the event in Detroit. Star says she never got that $6,000, and apparently those airline tickets weren’t good enough, either.

Adding insult to injury, after Star bailed on the function, she used those plane tickets to promote her book and enjoy some Super Bowl festivities.

In a move to replace one bubbly blonde with another, Jessica will be sitting in for Elizabeth Hasselbeck, while she is off for maternity leave on November 15 and 16.

This could turn into something to watch if some serious topics should come up. Looks like she’ll get plenty of opportunities to stick her foot in her mouth. Of course you never know, she might surprise us. But somehow I doubt it. Remember her whole “Chicken of the Sea” thing?

And if she does display her usual lack of knowledge, will the others lay into her, or just roll their eyes? This could indeed be Must See TV. The only thing better would be if Nick Lachey were one of the guests on that day.

You don’t think she’ll be wearing her Daisy Duke shorts do you? Damn, now I have to watch.
