Warren Buffett’s Soap OperaThe world’s richest man is about to be involved in a fictional insider-trading scandal on an upcoming appearance of the TV soap opera “All My Children.”

Billionaire investor Warren Buffett will play himself in an episode that is set to air in May during the “sweeps” ratings period.

This isn’t the first foray into daytime television for the “Oracle of Omaha”. Buffett, 77, originally appeared in a 1992 episode. Apparently the investor and philanthropist is a big fan of the show.

Buffett was recently ranked by Forbes as the richest person in the world as of March 5, 2008 with an estimated net worth of around $62 billion. Buffett will earn roughly $700 for his time - the union scale salary as a “day player”.
