If you want to sell something, just add the Star Wars element and it will sell. That’s why Georgie-Porgie Lucas pimps out the Star Wars brand all over the damn world. StarWars.com recently published a collection of ‘10 Cool Star Wars Posters from Japan’ and among them are these ads from a Panasonic Star Wars campaign from the late ’80s and early ’90s.

Yeah, that’s real great George, riding a satellite dish while sandwiched between an Ewok and a Wookie. Looks like just another night in your mansion. George and the Ewok both look quite content to be on the receiving end, while the Wookie is really giving them the business.

Mmmmm. Cookies. Zoë Lukas is a desert maker who makes wonderful Yoda and Darth Vader cookies. Here’s a handmade chocolate-espresso Darth Vader cookie, made to help promote the Franklin Institute’s Star Wars exhibit. Check out the Yoda cookie below.

Darth Vader and Yoda cookie will fight for your mouth space. Once they are chewed in all their delicious moth watering glory, you will feel the Force flow through you…Though that could be the sugar rush.

I imagine a plate of these Vader cookies set out in the Death Star War room, with Tarkin and the rest all munching away. Vader using the force to lift one and levitate his way…Then he would get pissed off because his helmet was in the way. Then they would all laugh their asses off at him and promptly die.

This Star Wars Origami is pretty awesome. Who knew paper could be so cool? Happymagpie.com will teach you how to make Destroyer Droids or Naboo Fighter ships even. Another good one is Phillip West’s Flickr account that has some incredibly detailed origami sculptures of the Star Wars.
